- All work product and deliverables remain the intellectual property of AlphaSERP until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.
- Client information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
- AlphaSERP’s liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
