Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AlphaSERP Tools, operated by Mattias Hagman trading as AlphaSERP ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at alphaserp.com/tools/.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

AlphaSERP Tools is a web-based SEO intelligence platform providing tools for rank tracking, content analysis, keyword research, technical auditing, and AI-assisted content generation. The service is intended for professional use by SEO practitioners, digital marketers, website owners, and consultants.

2. Account registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. We use magic links (passwordless login) — a login link is emailed to you on each new session or device. You are responsible for the security of your email account.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
• One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
• Account sharing is prohibited. You may not share your account, login links, or session access with other people. Accounts found to be shared may be suspended without refund.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Plans and pricing

All prices are in Euros and inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law. Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, handles VAT collection and remittance on our behalf as a Merchant of Record.

4. Billing and subscriptions

• Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your card details are stored and managed by Lemon Squeezy — we never have access to them.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Founding Member pricing is exempt from price increases for active subscribers.

5. Fair use and usage limits

• Free plan: 10 AI analysis calls per day, 3 Content Brief generations per day.
• Pro plan: 10 content clusters per month, 20 Article Writer drafts per month.
• Day Pass: 3 content clusters and 10 Article Writer drafts within 24 hours.
• We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily restrict accounts that show patterns of automated or abusive usage beyond normal human use, even within stated limits.
• Limits may be adjusted with notice. Current limits are always published on the pricing page.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable laws.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to interact with the service beyond normal use.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service output without our written permission.
• Use the service to collect or process personal data in a way that violates GDPR or other applicable privacy law.
• Share account access with others.

7. Intellectual property

The AlphaSERP Tools platform, its design, code, and branding are our intellectual property. The output you generate using the tools (reports, content drafts, analyses) belongs to you, subject to any restrictions in the terms of the underlying AI providers (Anthropic).

You retain all rights to the URLs, content, and data you submit to the service for analysis.

8. Third-party data and accuracy

Many tools in AlphaSERP use data from third-party providers including DataForSEO, VebAPI, Google APIs, and Anthropic. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. SEO data is inherently approximate — keyword volumes, rankings, and backlink counts are estimates.

You should not make significant business decisions based solely on data from this tool without independent verification.

9. Availability and modifications

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.
• We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. Material reductions in Pro features will be communicated with 30 days' notice.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• AlphaSERP Tools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.
• We are not responsible for changes in search engine algorithms, ranking fluctuations, or business outcomes resulting from use of the tool.

11. Custom and special pricing

We offer custom pricing arrangements for agencies, large teams, educational institutions, students, and non-profit organisations. Contact us at contact@alphaserp.com to discuss your needs.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
