This privacy policy explains how AlphaSERP collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit alphaserp.com or contact us through this website. AlphaSERP acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

2. What this site is — and what it is not
alphaserp.com is a consultancy website. It does not have user accounts, subscriptions, or a login system. It does not process payments.
If you use AlphaSERP Tools (tools.alphaserp.com), that service has its own separate privacy policy which covers the data processing specific to that platform.
3. What data we collect and why
Contact form
If you submit an enquiry via the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add contact form submissions to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Legal basis: Contract performance / pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to business enquiries.
Email correspondence
If you contact us directly by email, we retain that correspondence for the purpose of managing the business relationship. We do not share it with third parties.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, time on site, traffic sources. Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. IP addresses are anonymised.
Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding site performance and improving content.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
4. Cookies
This site uses the following cookies:

- Hostinger — web hosting. Hostinger Privacy Policy
- Brevo — routes contact form notification emails. Your submitted data is transmitted via this route but is not stored or used by Brevo beyond delivery.
6. Data retention
- Contact form submissions — retained for as long as the business relationship or enquiry requires, then deleted.
- Email correspondence — retained for up to 3 years after the last contact.
- Analytics data — subject to Google’s own retention settings (we use the default 14-month retention period in GA4).
7. Your rights under GDPR
As an EU/EEA resident you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw cookie consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@alphaserp.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) of Malta.
8. Data security
All data transmitted to and from this site is encrypted via HTTPS. We do not store payment card data of any kind on this site.
9. Children
This site is intended for professional and business use and is not directed at children under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
