We want you to be satisfied with AlphaSERP Tools. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.
After the initial 7-day period, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.
Founding Member subscribers are subject to the same refund terms.
Day Passes are non-refundable once activated. Because access begins immediately upon purchase and the full service is made available, we are unable to offer refunds on Day Pass purchases.
Report credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time. If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will either regenerate the report or restore the credit to your account.
If you experience a significant service outage or technical failure that prevents you from using core Pro features for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rata credit for the affected period. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase, unless the digital service has already begun with your explicit consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal.
By subscribing to the Pro plan or purchasing a Day Pass, you explicitly consent to immediate access to the service and acknowledge that this waives your 14-day statutory withdrawal right, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
The 7-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions is offered voluntarily and is in addition to, not instead of, any statutory rights you may have.
